Colin McElreath

Colin McElreath does this work because as a formerly incarcerated person he has knowledge and the desire to help change systems of oppression in any way possible. He has been around this work his entire life; his mother works on social impact with Working Films in Wilmington NC. Currently the work he does with CURYJ is dedicated to prison abolition, youth reparations, and community based events meant to uplift and heal the community. He looks forward to continuing this work with CURYJ and other organizations by continuing to uplift the community and fight against injustice and oppression.
