Brenda Gomez is a Dream Beyond Bars (DBB) fellow where she hopes to impact her community.
A first generation college graduate she completed her Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice at East Bay Cal State. She is currently an aid for Supervisor Valle’s office where she works on public protection policies. As a formerly incarcerated youth she wishes to use her lived experiences for positive impact.
One of her favorite hobbies is working out and boxing.
